Firstly, before any booking for a printer repair is confirmed, a member of our friendly and helpful service team will call you to qualify exactly what fault(s) you are experiencing with your plotter, then arrange a convenient time for one of our engineers to arrive at your door with the necessary parts to repair your machine. Not only do we repair, we also service and clean your machine - fully, calibrate, align printheads, perform service/print tests prior to the call being completed. Over 99% of our calls are completed within the hour.

The only extra charge will be for spare parts if they are needed, and the engineer will let you know how much any parts will cost BEFORE he fits them. The decision to fit any parts is entirely yours.
