Most companies charge a call out fee and then an hourly rate for the repair - this means that you will not know how much the final charge will be until the engineer has finished repairing your printer!

With DOS you will know how much the repair will cost as soon as you place the call.

The only extra charge will be for spare parts if they are needed, and the engineer will let you know how much any parts will cost BEFORE he fits them. The decision to fit any parts is entirely yours.

If you have more than one printer to be repaired all extra printers are charged at a fixed rate of only  £39

All prices exclude VAT.

All our printer repairs carry a 3 month warranty such that if the same fault re-occurs it will be fixed free of charge.

We carry out fixed price labour charge repairs on a huge variety of printers. Contact us with your printer make and printer model, include a brief description of the problem you have and we will quote you accordingly.
