TONER - Toner is a negatively charged plastic polymer. Toner is attracted to the static latent image on the drum. There is a lot of science involved with toner, genuine toner always work best but compatible toners are far cheaper, but be aware compatible toner varies considerably in quality. DRUMS - The drum unit is a light sensitive coated drum. The drum surface is charged with a posistive electrical charge. The drum is then exposed to light to create a static latent image this then attracts negatively charged toner to the static latent image. As the drum loses sensitivity then you will start to notice poor solids and lines may appear on prints the defects will get progressively worse. We supply original and compatible Black Cyan Magenta & Yellow drum cartridges, we can also supply and fit drum unit rebuild kits for some machines. call us on 01293 326406 to arrange a call



TRANSFER BELTS - The Transfer Belt or sometimes called the Intermediate Transfer Belt collates the four colour images from the individual colour drums to form a full colour print prior to transfrer on to the paper. Indications that it needs replacement usually show as out of focus prints, due to poor registration We supply original and compatible Transfer Belts, we can also supply and fit Transfer Belt rebuild kits for some machines call us on 01293 326406 to arrange a call


FUSER UNITS - We supply and fit new & refurbished fuser units. The fuser unit is the the hot part of the machine that heats and crushes the toner on to the paper,  if your printer is starting to paper jam in the fuser unit or crease the paper or you could have print being offset down the print then it may well need changing call us on 01293 326406 to arrange a call


PAPER FEED KITS - Printers employ rubber feed tires to convey the paper through the printer. The paper feed rollers have the hardest job they have to pick up the stationery paper from the cassette. When the rollers start to age the the rubber becomes hard and is less able to grip the paper which will induce paper jams.
